At OfficeDesk, we want you to create your perfect workspace with complete confidence. If your new desk or ergonomic accessory isn't the right fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Disassemble your furniture and pack it securely in its original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of each box in your return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
